Joshua 14:15

וְשֵׁ֨ם חֶבְרֹ֤ון לְפָנִים֙ קִרְיַ֣ת אַרְבַּ֔ע הָאָדָ֧ם הַגָּדֹ֛ול בָּעֲנָקִ֖ים ה֑וּא וְהָאָ֥רֶץ שָׁקְטָ֖ה מִמִּלְחָמָֽה׃ פ

Now the name of Ḥevron formerly was Qiryat-Arba; he was the greatest man among the ʿAnaqim. And the land had rest from war.
