וַאֲמַרְתֶּ֣ם לָהֶ֗ם אֲשֶׁ֨ר נִכְרְת֜וּ מֵימֵ֤י הַיַּרְדֵּן֙ מִפְּנֵי֙ אֲרֹ֣ון בְּרִית־יְהוָ֔ה בְּעָבְרֹו֙ בַּיַּרְדֵּ֔ן נִכְרְת֖וּ מֵ֣י הַיַּרְדֵּ֑ן וְ֠הָיוּ הָאֲבָנִ֨ים הָאֵ֧לֶּה לְזִכָּרֹ֛ון לִבְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל עַד־עֹולָֽם׃
Then you shall say to them, ‘The waters of the Yarden were cut off before the Ark of the Covenant of YHWH; when it passed over the Yarden, the waters of the Yarden were cut off.’ And these stones shall be for a memorial to the children of Yisraʾel forever.
