Leviticus 18:19

וְאֶל־אִשָּׁ֖ה בְּנִדַּ֣ת טֻמְאָתָ֑הּ לֹ֣א תִקְרַ֔ב לְגַלֹּ֖ות עֶרְוָתָֽהּ׃

You shall not approach a woman during her menstrual impurity to uncover her nakedness.
