Leviticus 23:2

דַּבֵּ֞ר אֶל־בְּנֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ אֲלֵהֶ֔ם מֹועֲדֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־תִּקְרְא֥וּ אֹתָ֖ם מִקְרָאֵ֣י קֹ֑דֶשׁ אֵ֥לֶּה הֵ֖ם מֹועֲדָֽי׃

“Speak to the children of Israel and say to them: The appointed times of YHWH, which you shall proclaim as holy convocations, these are My appointed times:
