Leviticus 4:4

וְהֵבִ֣יא אֶת־הַפָּ֗ר אֶל־פֶּ֛תַח אֹ֥הֶל מֹועֵ֖ד לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וְסָמַ֤ךְ אֶת־יָדֹו֙ עַל־רֹ֣אשׁ הַפָּ֔ר וְשָׁחַ֥ט אֶת־הַפָּ֖ר לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

And he shall bring the bull to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting before YHWH, and he shall lay his hand on the head of the bull and slaughter the bull before YHWH.
