Nahum 3:1

הֹ֖וי עִ֣יר דָּמִ֑ים כֻּלָּ֗הּ כַּ֤חַשׁ פֶּ֨רֶק֙ מְלֵאָ֔ה לֹ֥א יָמִ֖ישׁ טָֽרֶף׃

Woe to the city of blood she is all deception and tearing she is full prey does not depart.
