וַיֹּ֥אמֶר בִּלְעָ֖ם אֶל־הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים בָּלָ֧ק בֶּן־צִפֹּ֛ר מֶ֥לֶךְ מֹואָ֖ב שָׁלַ֥ח אֵלָֽי׃

And Bilʿam said to God, “Balaq, son of Tsippor, king of Mo’av, has sent to me:
