Numbers 25:15

וְשֵׁ֨ם הָֽאִשָּׁ֧ה הַמֻּכָּ֛ה הַמִּדְיָנִ֖ית כָּזְבִּ֣י בַת־צ֑וּר רֹ֣אשׁ אֻמֹּ֥ות בֵּֽית־אָ֛ב בְּמִדְיָ֖ן הֽוּא׃ פ

And the name of the Midyanite woman who was struck was Kozbi, daughter of Tzur, a chief of the people of a father’s house in Midyan—he was.
