Numbers 27:14

כַּאֲשֶׁר֩ מְרִיתֶ֨ם פִּ֜י בְּמִדְבַּר־צִ֗ן בִּמְרִיבַת֙ הָֽעֵדָ֔ה לְהַקְדִּישֵׁ֥נִי בַמַּ֖יִם לְעֵינֵיהֶ֑ם הֵ֛ם מֵֽי־מְרִיבַ֥ת קָדֵ֖שׁ מִדְבַּר־צִֽן׃

Just as you rebelled against My word at the waters of Merivat in the wilderness of Tsin, to sanctify Me in their eyes.” These are the waters of Merivat Qadesh in the wilderness of Tsin.
