Numbers 27:9

וְאִם־אֵ֥ין לֹ֖ו בַּ֑ת וּנְתַתֶּ֥ם אֶת־נַחֲלָתֹ֖ו לְאֶחָיו׃

But if he has no daughter, then you shall give his inheritance to his brothers.
