Numbers 27:10

וְאִם־אֵ֥ין לֹ֖ו אַחִ֑ים וּנְתַתֶּ֥ם אֶת־נַחֲלָתֹ֖ו לַאֲחֵ֥י אָבִֽיו׃

But if he has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to his father’s brothers.
