לִבְנֵ֣י יֹוסֵ֔ף לְמַטֵּ֥ה בְנֵֽי־מְנַשֶּׁ֖ה נָשִׂ֑יא חַנִּיאֵ֖ל בֶּן־אֵפֹֽד׃

For the sons of Yosef, for the tribe of the sons of Menashe, the chief was Ḥanniʾel son of Efod.
