Numbers 7:18

בַּיֹּום֙ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י הִקְרִ֖יב נְתַנְאֵ֣ל בֶּן־צוּעָ֑ר נְשִׂ֖יא יִשָּׂשֶׂכָֽר׃

On the second day, Nethanel son of Tsuʿar, the leader of Yissakhar, brought his offering.
