Psalm 29:3

קֹ֥ול יְהוָ֗ה עַל־הַ֫מָּ֥יִם אֵֽל־הַכָּבֹ֥וד הִרְעִ֑ים יְ֝הוָ֗ה עַל־מַ֥יִם רַבִּֽים׃

The voice of YHWH is upon the waters; the God of glory thunders; YHWH is upon many waters.
