Zechariah 4:10

כִּ֣י מִ֣י בַז֮ לְיֹ֣ום קְטַנֹּות֒ וְשָׂמְח֗וּ וְרָא֞וּ אֶת־הָאֶ֧בֶן הַבְּדִ֛יל בְּיַ֥ד זְרֻבָּבֶ֖ל שִׁבְעָה־אֵ֑לֶּה עֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה הֵ֥מָּה מְשֹׁוטְטִ֖ים בְּכָל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃

For who has despised the day of small things? And they shall rejoice and shall see the plummet-stone in the hand of Zerubbavel—these seven, the eyes of YHWH, they are roaming in all the earth.
