1 Kings 15:21

וַֽיְהִי֙ כִּשְׁמֹ֣עַ בַּעְשָׁ֔א וַיֶּחְדַּ֕ל מִבְּנֹ֖ות אֶת־הָֽרָמָ֑ה וַיֵּ֖שֶׁב בְּתִרְצָֽה׃

And it happened, when Baʿsha heard, he ceased from building Rama, and he dwelled in Tirtsa.
