1 Kings 8:15

וַיֹּ֗אמֶר בָּר֤וּךְ יְהוָה֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֲשֶׁר֙ דִּבֶּ֣ר בְּפִ֔יו אֵ֖ת דָּוִ֣ד אָבִ֑י וּבְיָדֹ֥ו מִלֵּ֖א לֵאמֹֽר׃

And he said, “Blessed be YHWH, God of Yisraʾel, who spoke with His mouth to Dawid my father and has fulfilled it with His hand, saying,
