Psalm 9:9 (Psalm 9:8)

וְה֗וּא יִשְׁפֹּֽט־תֵּבֵ֥ל בְּצֶ֑דֶק יָדִ֥ין לְ֝אֻמִּ֗ים בְּמֵישָׁרִֽים׃

And He will judge the world in righteousness; He will govern peoples in uprightness.
