1 Samuel 8:22

וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֤ה אֶל־שְׁמוּאֵל֙ שְׁמַ֣ע בְּקֹולָ֔ם וְהִמְלַכְתָּ֥ לָהֶ֖ם מֶ֑לֶךְ וַיֹּ֤אמֶר שְׁמוּאֵל֙ אֶל־אַנְשֵׁ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לְכ֖וּ אִ֥ישׁ לְעִירֹֽו׃ פ

And YHWH said to Shemuʾel, “Listen to their voice and make them a king.” And Shemuʾel said to the men of Yisraʾel, “Go, each man to his city.”
