2 Kings 18:28

וַֽיַּעֲמֹד֙ רַב־שָׁקֵ֔ה וַיִּקְרָ֥א בְקֹול־גָּדֹ֖ול יְהוּדִ֑ית וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר וַיֹּ֔אמֶר שִׁמְע֛וּ דְּבַר־הַמֶּ֥לֶךְ הַגָּדֹ֖ול מֶ֥לֶךְ אַשּֽׁוּר׃

Then Rav-shaqe stood and called out with a loud voice in Yehudit, and he spoke and said, “Hear the word of the great king, the king of Ashshur.
