2 Samuel 15:10

וַיִּשְׁלַ֤ח אַבְשָׁלֹום֙ מְרַגְּלִ֔ים בְּכָל־שִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לֵאמֹ֑ר כְּשָׁמְעֲכֶם֙ אֶת־קֹ֣ול הַשֹּׁפָ֔ר וַאֲמַרְתֶּ֕ם מָלַ֥ךְ אַבְשָׁלֹ֖ום בְּחֶבְרֹֽון׃

And Avshalom sent spies throughout all the tribes of Yisraʾel, saying, “When you hear the sound of the ram’s horn, then you shall say, ‘Avshalom has become king in Ḥevron.’”
