Leviticus 11:13

וְאֶת־אֵ֨לֶּה֙ תְּשַׁקְּצ֣וּ מִן־הָעֹ֔וף לֹ֥א יֵאָכְל֖וּ שֶׁ֣קֶץ הֵ֑ם אֶת־הַנֶּ֨שֶׁר֙ וְאֶת־הַפֶּ֔רֶס וְאֵ֖ת הָעָזְנִיָּֽה׃

And these you shall detest among the birds; they shall not be eaten, they are detestable: the eagle, the vulture, and the black kite.
