Joshua 21:11

וַיִּתְּנ֨וּ לָהֶ֜ם אֶת־קִרְיַת֩ אַרְבַּ֨ע אֲבִ֧י הָֽעֲנֹ֛וק הִ֥יא חֶבְרֹ֖ון בְּהַ֣ר יְהוּדָ֑ה וְאֶת־מִגְרָשֶׁ֖הָ סְבִיבֹתֶֽיהָ׃

And they gave them Qiryat-Arba, the father of the ʿAnaq, which is Ḥevron, in the hill country of Yehuda, and its pasturelands round about it.
