Judges 1:21

וְאֶת־הַיְבוּסִי֙ יֹשֵׁ֣ב יְרֽוּשָׁלִַ֔ם לֹ֥א הֹורִ֖ישׁוּ בְּנֵ֣י בִנְיָמִ֑ן וַיֵּ֨שֶׁב הַיְבוּסִ֜י אֶת־בְּנֵ֤י בִנְיָמִן֙ בִּיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם עַ֖ד הַיֹּ֥ום הַזֶּֽה׃ ס

And the Yevusi, who dwelled in Yerushalayim, the sons of Binyamin did not drive out, and the Yevusi dwelled with the sons of Binyamin in Yerushalayim until this day.
