Judges 9:51

וּמִגְדַּל־עֹז֮ הָיָ֣ה בְתֹוךְ־הָעִיר֒ וַיָּנֻ֨סוּ שָׁ֜מָּה כָּל־הָאֲנָשִׁ֣ים וְהַנָּשִׁ֗ים וְכֹל֙ בַּעֲלֵ֣י הָעִ֔יר וַֽיִּסְגְּר֖וּ בַּעֲדָ֑ם וַֽיַּעֲל֖וּ עַל־גַּ֥ג הַמִּגְדָּֽל׃

And a strong tower was in the middle of the city, and all the men and the women and all the lords of the city fled there, and they shut it behind them, and they went up to the roof of the tower.
