1 Samuel 4:14

וַיִּשְׁמַ֤ע עֵלִי֙ אֶת־קֹ֣ול הַצְּעָקָ֔ה וַיֹּ֕אמֶר מֶ֛ה קֹ֥ול הֶהָמֹ֖ון הַזֶּ֑ה וְהָאִ֣ישׁ מִהַ֔ר וַיָּבֹ֖א וַיַּגֵּ֥ד לְעֵלִֽי׃

And ʿEli heard the sound of the outcry, and he said, “What is this noise of commotion?” And the man hurried and came and reported to ʿEli.
