1 Samuel 8:9

וְעַתָּ֖ה שְׁמַ֣ע בְּקֹולָ֑ם אַ֗ךְ כִּֽי־הָעֵ֤ד תָּעִיד֙ בָּהֶ֔ם וְהִגַּדְתָּ֣ לָהֶ֔ם מִשְׁפַּ֣ט הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ אֲשֶׁ֥ר יִמְלֹ֖ךְ עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃ ס

And now, listen to their voice. However, you shall surely warn them and tell them the judgment of the king who shall reign over them.”
