1 Samuel 13:8

וייחל שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִ֗ים לַמֹּועֵד֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר שְׁמוּאֵ֔ל וְלֹא־בָ֥א שְׁמוּאֵ֖ל הַגִּלְגָּ֑ל וַיָּ֥פֶץ הָעָ֖ם מֵעָלָֽיו׃

And he waited seven days for the appointed time that Shemuʾel had set, but Shemuʾel did not come to the Gilgal, and the people scattered from him.
