2 Samuel 2:9

וַיַּמְלִכֵ֨הוּ֙ אֶל־הַגִּלְעָ֔ד וְאֶל־הָאֲשׁוּרִ֖י וְאֶֽל־יִזְרְעֶ֑אל וְעַל־אֶפְרַ֨יִם֙ וְעַל־בִּנְיָמִ֔ן וְעַל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל כֻּלֹּֽה׃ פ

And he made him king over the Gileʿad, and over the Ashuri, and over Yizreʿel, and over Efrayim, and over Binyamin, and over all Yisraʾel.
