2 Kings 18:11

וַיֶּ֧גֶל מֶֽלֶךְ־אַשּׁ֛וּר אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל אַשּׁ֑וּרָה וַיַּנְחֵ֞ם בַּחְלַ֧ח וּבְחָבֹ֛ור נְהַ֥ר גֹּוזָ֖ן וְעָרֵ֥י מָדָֽי׃

And the king of Ashshur exiled Yisraʾel to Ashshur, and he settled them in Ḥalaḥ and in Ḥavor, the river of Gozan, and the cities of Madai.
