Isaiah 9:15 (Isaiah 9:16)

וַיִּֽהְי֛וּ מְאַשְּׁרֵ֥י הָֽעָם־הַזֶּ֖ה מַתְעִ֑ים וּמְאֻשָּׁרָ֖יו מְבֻלָּעִֽים׃

And the leaders of this people became misleaders, and those who are led by them are swallowed up.
