Isaiah 13:18

וּקְשָׁתֹ֖ות נְעָרִ֣ים תְּרַטַּ֑שְׁנָה וּפְרִי־בֶ֨טֶן֙ לֹ֣א יְרַחֵ֔מוּ עַל־בָּנִ֖ים לֹֽא־תָח֥וּס עֵינָֽם׃

And the bows of the youths shall dash them to pieces, they will not have compassion on the fruit of the womb, their eye shall not spare children.
