Isaiah 19:21

וְנֹודַ֤ע יְהוָה֙ לְמִצְרַ֔יִם וְיָדְע֥וּ מִצְרַ֛יִם אֶת־יְהוָ֖ה בַּיֹּ֣ום הַה֑וּא וְעָֽבְדוּ֙ זֶ֣בַח וּמִנְחָ֔ה וְנָדְרוּ־נֵ֥דֶר לַֽיהוָ֖ה וְשִׁלֵּֽמוּ׃

And YHWH shall be known to Mitsrayim, and Mitsrayim shall know YHWH in that day, and they shall serve with sacrifice and offering, and they shall vow a vow to YHWH and fulfill it.
