Isaiah 24:1

הִנֵּ֧ה יְהוָ֛ה בֹּוקֵ֥ק הָאָ֖רֶץ וּבֹֽולְקָ֑הּ וְעִוָּ֣ה פָנֶ֔יהָ וְהֵפִ֖יץ יֹשְׁבֶֽיהָ׃

Behold, YHWH empties the earth and lays it waste, and distorts its face and scatters its inhabitants.
