Isaiah 27:6

הַבָּאִים֙ יַשְׁרֵ֣שׁ יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב יָצִ֥יץ וּפָרַ֖ח יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וּמָלְא֥וּ פְנֵי־תֵבֵ֖ל תְּנוּבָֽה׃ ס

Those who come, Yaʿaqov shall take root; Yisraʾel shall blossom and sprout, and they shall fill the face of the world with produce.
