Isaiah 29:3

וְחָנִ֥יתִי כַדּ֖וּר עָלָ֑יִךְ וְצַרְתִּ֤י עָלַ֨יִךְ֙ מֻצָּ֔ב וַהֲקִֽימֹתִ֥י עָלַ֖יִךְ מְצֻרֹֽת׃

And I will encamp against you roundabout, and I will lay siege against you with a post, and I will raise up against you siegeworks.
