Isaiah 29:20

כִּֽי־אָפֵ֥ס עָרִ֖יץ וְכָ֣לָה לֵ֑ץ וְנִכְרְת֖וּ כָּל־שֹׁ֥קְדֵי אָֽוֶן׃

For the ruthless one has come to an end, and the scorner is finished, and all who watch for iniquity shall be cut off.
