Isaiah 32:19

וּבָרַ֖ד בְּרֶ֣דֶת הַיָּ֑עַר וּבַשִּׁפְלָ֖ה תִּשְׁפַּ֥ל הָעִֽיר׃

And hail shall come down in the downfall of the forest, and the city shall be brought low in the low place.
