Isaiah 41:28

וְאֵ֨רֶא֙ וְאֵ֣ין אִ֔ישׁ וּמֵאֵ֖לֶּה וְאֵ֣ין יֹועֵ֑ץ וְאֶשְׁאָלֵ֖ם וְיָשִׁ֥יבוּ דָבָֽר׃

And I looked, but there was no man, and from among these, there was no counselor, that I might ask them and they would return a word.
