Isaiah 43:8

הֹוצִ֥יא עַם־עִוֵּ֖ר וְעֵינַ֣יִם יֵ֑שׁ וְחֵרְשִׁ֖ים וְאָזְנַ֥יִם לָֽמֹו׃

Bring out a people blind, though they have eyes, and deaf ones, though they have ears.
