Isaiah 43:7

כֹּ֚ל הַנִּקְרָ֣א בִשְׁמִ֔י וְלִכְבֹודִ֖י בְּרָאתִ֑יו יְצַרְתִּ֖יו אַף־עֲשִׂיתִֽיו׃

Everyone who is called by My name, and for My glory I created him, I formed him, indeed I made him.
