Isaiah 51:16

וָאָשִׂ֤ים דְּבָרַי֙ בְּפִ֔יךָ וּבְצֵ֥ל יָדִ֖י כִּסִּיתִ֑יךָ לִנְטֹ֤עַ שָׁמַ֨יִם֙ וְלִיסֹ֣ד אָ֔רֶץ וְלֵאמֹ֥ר לְצִיֹּ֖ון עַמִּי־אָֽתָּה׃ ס

And I have put my words in your mouth, and in the shadow of my hand I have covered you, to plant the heavens and to lay the foundation of the earth, and to say to Tsiyyon, “You are my people.”
