Isaiah 51:15

וְאָֽנֹכִי֙ יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ רֹגַ֣ע הַיָּ֔ם וַיֶּהֱמ֖וּ גַּלָּ֑יו יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֹ֖ות שְׁמֹֽו׃

And I am YHWH your God, who calms the sea, and its waves roar—YHWH of Hosts is His name.
