Jeremiah 29:4

כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֛ר יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֹ֖ות אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל לְכָל־הַ֨גֹּולָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־הִגְלֵ֥יתִי מִירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם בָּבֶֽלָה׃

“Thus says YHWH of Hosts, the God of Yisraʾel, to all the exile whom I have exiled from Yerushalayim to Bavel:
