Jeremiah 30:24

לֹ֣א יָשׁ֗וּב חֲרֹון֙ אַף־יְהוָ֔ה עַד־עֲשֹׂתֹ֥ו וְעַד־הֲקִימֹ֖ו מְזִמֹּ֣ות לִבֹּ֑ו בְּאַחֲרִ֥ית הַיָּמִ֖ים תִּתְבֹּ֥ונְנוּ בָֽהּ׃

The wrath of YHWH will not turn back until He has done it and until He has established the plans of His heart. In the latter days you will understand it.
