Jeremiah 32:28

לָכֵ֕ן כֹּ֖ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה הִנְנִ֣י נֹתֵן֩ אֶת־הָעִ֨יר הַזֹּ֜את בְּיַ֣ד הַכַּשְׂדִּ֗ים וּבְיַ֛ד נְבֽוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֥ר מֶֽלֶךְ־בָּבֶ֖ל וּלְכָדָֽהּ׃

Therefore thus says YHWH: “Behold, I am giving this city into the hand of the Kasdim and into the hand of Nevukhadretstsar king of Bavel, and he shall capture it.
