Jeremiah 32:37

הִנְנִ֤י מְקַבְּצָם֙ מִכָּל־הָ֣אֲרָצֹ֔ות אֲשֶׁ֨ר הִדַּחְתִּ֥ים שָׁ֛ם בְּאַפִּ֥י וּבַחֲמָתִ֖י וּבְקֶ֣צֶף גָּדֹ֑ול וַהֲשִֽׁבֹתִים֙ אֶל־הַמָּקֹ֣ום הַזֶּ֔ה וְהֹשַׁבְתִּ֖ים לָבֶֽטַח׃

Behold, I am gathering them from all the lands to which I have driven them in My anger and in My wrath and in great fury, and I will bring them back to this place, and I will cause them to dwell securely.
