Jeremiah 48:9

תְּנוּ־צִ֣יץ לְמֹואָ֔ב כִּ֥י נָצֹ֖א תֵּצֵ֑א וְעָרֶ֨יהָ֙ לְשַׁמָּ֣ה תִֽהְיֶ֔ינָה מֵאֵ֥ין יֹושֵׁ֖ב בָּהֵֽן׃

“Give a flower to Moʾav, for in full flight she shall go out, and her cities shall become a desolation, with none dwelling in them.
