Jeremiah 48:19

אֶל־דֶּ֛רֶךְ עִמְדִ֥י וְצַפִּ֖י יֹושֶׁ֣בֶת עֲרֹועֵ֑ר שַׁאֲלִי־נָ֣ס וְנִמְלָ֔טָה אִמְרִ֖י מַה־נִּֽהְיָֽתָה׃

Stand by the way and watch, O inhabitant of ʿAroʿer; ask him who flees and her who escapes, say, ‘What has happened?’
