Jeremiah 48:25

נִגְדְּעָה֙ קֶ֣רֶן מֹואָ֔ב וּזְרֹעֹ֖ו נִשְׁבָּ֑רָה נְאֻ֖ם יְהוָֽה׃

The horn of Moʾav has been cut off, and his arm has been broken,” declares YHWH.
